CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS (Full Time/Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Attend to shoppers enquiries and all aspects of customer service
• Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service is preferred
• Knowledge of Chinese language an added advantage
• Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work on shifts, & weekends & Public Holidays
• Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
