1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Mochi Mochi Panda – Sweet Summer Campaign at The Clementi Mall (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”) as at the start of the Promotion Period. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programmehttps://www.capitastar.com/sg/en/about-us.html) will only be awarded for the qualifying spend as shown in the table below.

1.2 The Promotion is organised by Xiaohong Property Management Pte Ltd  (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

1.3 The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 29 May to 28 June 2026, both dates inclusive.

1.4 The Promotion mechanics of the Promotion are as follows:

Based on the above table (Scenario 1),

Transactions 1 and 3 are eligible to be counted towards the qualifying spend of S$180 and Eligible Shopper will be awarded with the Mochi Mochi Panda Plushie Pouch reward.

As the Mochi Mochi Panda Plushie Pouch reward is awarded based on transactions 1 and 3, transaction 2 will not be counted towards the qualifying spend of S$180 but will be eligible for STAR$® upon being registered on the CapitaStar app, subject to participating stores that qualify for STAR$® accumulation. Scenario 2: Eligible Shopper has made 2 transactions at stores on the same day, at the same mall, out of which 1 transaction is not instantly registered

Based on the above table (Scenario 2),

Transactions 1 and 2 are eligible to be counted towards the qualifying spend of S$280 and Eligible Shopper will be awarded with the 5,000 Star$ reward on 4 April as the transaction date and time for transaction 2 was only registered in our system on 4 April.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.

3. QUALIFYING SPEND

3.1 Only the total final amount paid at the participating store(s) using eCapitaVoucher, linked Mastercard credit or debit card, DBS/POSB payment modes (including DBS/POSB American Express, Mastercard, VISA credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!) or ShopBack Pay will be accepted for this Promotion. Refer to 1.4.2 for more information on the Eligible Payment Methods to qualify for the Reward.

3.2 Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, transactions(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVoucher or participating stores’ vouchers), AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows, transactions at GP, Dental and Specialist Clinics, Transactions(s) from deposit placements, order placements, payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points, payment via tenant’s online ordering/table ordering platform and transactions made with UOB Mastercard via Apple Pay will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion. 3.3 The Organiser may reject any transactions as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the transaction(s) before processing the redemption of the Rewarding the Promotion.

3.5 Transactions shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in The Clementi Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Transactions cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards. Transactions cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at The Clementi Mall.

4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

  1. Receipts presented must be same-day from stores in The Clementi Mall. Receipts generated from online purchases or collection chits are not eligible.
  2. Shopper/ child must be present in person and provide their full names as in NRIC, a valid contact number and the same-day qualifying original receipts (in Singapore dollars), corresponding credit/debit card slips/NETS.
  3. Only same-day purchase original receipt(s) will be qualified for redemption.
  4. Original receipts from The Clementi Mall’s with a time stamp of 9.30pm or later can be presented the following day and will be accepted for redemption.  However, this will not be applicable for receipts presented on 4 June 2026 with a time stamp of 8.30pm or later.
  5. Game Pass redeemed are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-exchangeable for cash, promotional, discount and mall vouchers.
  6. The Management reserves the right to request for shoppers to present their purchased items as proof of purchase to make redemption.
  7. For transactions value that involves redemption of tenant’s reward points, rebates and trade-in receipts etc, only the amount after deduction of such points and/or rebates will be regarded as the final transaction value for redemption.
  8. This Promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents or Singapore residents (with valid employment passes or work permits) aged 18 and above. Employees of the Organisers and their spouses (if any), the Organisers’ agencies, auditors, The Clementi Mall tenants’ staff and any other parties who are directly involved in the Promotion (including in the organizing, promoting, or conducting of the Promotion) will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  9. Receipts for bill payments, purchase deposits, purchase of postage stamps, parking coupons, mobile pre-paid cards, Cash Cards and vouchers, receipts for product trade-in with zero top-up value, duplicate store receipts, credit/debit card slips, receipt(s) from purchase of mall/store vouchers, online purchases, pop-up sales stores, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, money changer, bill payment(s) via automated machine or any outlet, topping of cash card/debit card/prepaid store value cards, paid with tenants’ reward points and/or rebates, cash vouchers purchased from external organisations and handwritten receipts do not qualify.

10. Duplicate receipts and credit card charge slips are not eligible for redemption.

11. For any spend or purchase(s) made on installment plan, only one redemption is allowed on the same-day based on the total purchase amount. 

12. The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. By participating in this promotion, participants consent to The Management, including its appointed agents, tenants and business associates, collecting, using and/or processing their personal data (including but not limited to name and mobile number) solely for the purposes of administering this promotion, including manual crediting of lucky draw chances, verification of eligibility, and contacting winners in relation to this promotion. Should any participant wish to withdraw his/her consent to the Management’s use and/or processing of his/her information or personal data for the purpose of sending to him/her marketing messages, kindly visit The Clementi Mall Information Counter. Please allow seven (7) working days for processing.
